This notice explains what personal data MEGITS Intelligent SL collects through megits.com, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. It covers this website only, not any system we build or operate for a client under a separate agreement.

Our contact forms ask for your first and last name, email address and message. The longer form also asks for your phone number, company, company size, the service you are interested in, your timeline, and how and when you would like us to reply.
We use this to answer you and, if it leads somewhere, to discuss the work. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and the steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
Submissions are stored in this website's database and sent by email to our own address. They are not added to any mailing list and are not used for automated sales sequences.
We store the email address you give us, on the basis of your consent. Every newsletter includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can withdraw consent at any time by writing to us.
Our web server keeps standard access logs, which include IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting. Cookies are covered in our Cookie Policy.
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
Our website and its data are held within the European Union. Where a service we use processes data outside the EU, that transfer relies on the safeguards permitted under the GDPR, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Tell us to delete something sooner and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
Under the GDPR you may ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, object to our use of it, or ask for it in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
Write to info@megits.com and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
This site is aimed at businesses and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect data from them.
If we change this notice we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be made obvious on the page.
