Practical questions

Before you visit or write.

How quickly will I hear back?

Within one working day. We work 08:00 to 17:00 CET, Monday to Friday, so anything sent over the weekend is answered on Monday morning.

Can I just turn up at the office?

Please send a note first. We are a small team and often on client sites, so an unannounced visit risks finding nobody who can help you.

What languages do you work in?

English and Spanish, in writing and on calls. Technical documentation is normally delivered in English unless you would rather have it in Spanish.

Do you work with clients outside Spain?

Yes, across Europe. Being inside the EU matters for the GDPR, data residency and NIS2 questions that come with most of this work, and it keeps us in a convenient time zone.

I am not sure what I need. Is it still worth writing?

Yes. A good number of our conversations end with a recommendation to wait, fix a process first, or buy something off the shelf. Working that out early is cheaper for everyone.
