Modern office building at dusk

Products

Software that gives the week back.

Every hour spent re-typing, chasing an approval or rebuilding a report is an hour nobody chose to spend. Our products take that work off your team and leave the judgement with them.

What it does

Where the hours actually go.

62% less manual entry

Data entry

Enter it once, everywhere.

The same figures typed into three systems is the most common hidden cost in an operation, and the easiest to remove. One record, shared by everything that needs it.

  • Documents read automatically, whatever format they arrive in
  • Records kept in step across the systems you already run
  • Exceptions routed to a person instead of failing silently

3 days saved per month

Approvals

Work that moves without chasing.

Most delay is not the decision, it is waiting for someone to notice a decision is needed. Work routes itself, escalates on its own, and leaves a trail.

  • Requests reach the right person the moment they are raised
  • Reminders and escalation without anyone maintaining them
  • A record of who approved what, and when

Same day reporting

Reporting

Numbers that are already current.

If a report takes two days to assemble, it is two days old before anyone reads it. Reporting built on live data is ready when the question is asked.

  • One version of the numbers, shared by everyone
  • Scheduled and distributed without a manual export
  • Drill down from a total to the record behind it

The difference

What a week looks like after.

Before

  • The same data typed into two or three systems, every day.
  • Approvals that move only when someone remembers to chase them.
  • A monthly report that takes two days to assemble by hand.

After

  • Entered once, and correct everywhere it appears.
  • Requests that route, remind and escalate on their own.
  • Reporting that is ready before anyone asks for it.

Questions

What people ask about our products.

Does this replace the systems we already have?

Usually not. Most of the value is in connecting what you run today so data stops being re-entered between them. Replacing a core system is a large, risky project and rarely the first thing worth doing.

Who owns our data?

You do. You can export it in full at any time, in a format you can actually use. We will also tell you plainly where it is stored and who processes it.

What happens if we stop using it?

You leave with your data and your documentation. We do not build systems that are difficult to leave — being kept by inertia is not a business we want to be in.

How do you price it?

Stated before you commit, with the scope written down. Where it genuinely cannot be fixed in advance we say so at the start rather than in a change request.

Can we try it against our real data first?

Yes, and we prefer it. A demo against clean sample data proves very little. We measure a baseline first so the result is evidence rather than a claim.

What happens after you send this

  1. We read it, not a bot Your message reaches an engineer. If a product is the wrong answer for you, we will say so.
  2. A reply within one working day We work 08:00 to 17:00 CET, Monday to Friday.
  3. A look at your real numbers We measure a baseline before promising anything, so the result can be checked.

We use what you send to reply to you, nothing else.
