Modern office building at dusk

SMEs & Enterprise

Technology sized to the organisation you are, not the one a vendor’s template assumed — whether that means your first proper system or an estate of forty.

Modern office building at dusk

Growing

Outgrowing the spreadsheet.

There is a point where the tools that got a business here stop working. Recognising it early makes the move cheap; recognising it late makes it a rescue.

Established

An estate nobody fully maps.

Larger organisations rarely lack systems — they lack a current picture of what they run, what it costs and what is out of support. That picture is where the savings are.

How we work

From where you are to what comes next.

  1. Review

An honest picture of the current estate, its cost and its constraints.

  2. Prioritise

The shortest distance between effort and measurable return, first.

  3. Deliver

In stages small enough to judge, so direction can change cheaply.

  4. Scale

Foundations that carry the next stage rather than needing redoing at it.

Questions

Common questions.

We are small. Are we too small to work with you?

No. A great deal of our work is a first proper system for a business that has outgrown spreadsheets — and doing that once, properly, is cheaper than doing it twice.

We already have an IT provider. What would change?

Often we work alongside one. Where we replace, the difference is usually measured in whether the support queue shrinks month on month rather than how fast tickets close.

How do you price work?

Fixed scope where the scope can genuinely be fixed, and time-based where it cannot — said plainly at the start rather than discovered in a change request.

What if we do not know what we need?

That is a normal starting point and a good reason to begin with a review rather than a build. Sometimes the recommendation is to change nothing yet.

The difference

What changes when technology fits the organisation.

Where you are now

  • Tools that worked at ten people and strain at fifty.
  • No current picture of what the business runs or what it costs.
  • Decisions made on whichever supplier called most recently.

Where this takes you

  • Systems sized for the stage you are at and the next one.
  • A documented estate with costs and support status.
  • Independent advice on build, buy or leave alone.
