Company
An independent technology company in Málaga, building software, AI, cybersecurity and cloud systems for organisations that need them to work on an ordinary Tuesday — not only in a demo.
Who we are
MEGITS Intelligent SL is independent. We are not tied to a vendor’s product line, so the recommendation you get is the one we would follow ourselves — including when that is to buy something rather than build it, or to change nothing at all.
See what we do
Where we are
Our office is on Calle Alejandro Dumas and our day runs 08:00 to 17:00 CET. Being in the EU shapes the work: GDPR, data residency and NIS2 are everyday design inputs for us rather than a translation exercise.
Contact usWhat we hold to
A problem raised in week two is a conversation. The same problem in month six is an invoice.
The second version of a system costs far more than the first, so we spend real time on the specification.
Documentation and handover as standard. You should never be tied to us by not understanding your own system.
A baseline before, the same measurement after. Without one, every result is an anecdote.
Roadmap
We map the process, the systems and the constraints as they actually are, including the workarounds people have quietly built. Nothing is quoted before this is done.
A single workflow with a baseline you can check — handling time, error rate, cost per document. Small enough to judge honestly, real enough to matter.
Security baseline, environments, monitoring and documentation in place. The unglamorous layer that decides whether year two is cheap or expensive.
With the foundations set, each new system arrives faster and cheaper than the last. This is the year the earlier discipline pays for itself.
Support from people who already understand how it all fits together, and a roadmap reviewed with you rather than presented to you.
What we do
Applications shaped around your processes rather than a vendor’s assumptions.
Intelligent systems that take on repetitive, judgement-light work.
Identity, hardening, monitoring and a rehearsed response.
Migration and platforms that shorten the path from idea to running service.
Modernising how the work happens, not only the software it runs on.
Foundations that stop absorbing your team’s week.
How we work
The commercial goal first. The technology question usually looks different once that is clear.
Written down and costed, with the trade-offs stated plainly — including the option of doing nothing.
Short cycles producing software you can use, so direction can change while changing it is still cheap.
Monitoring, support and steady improvement. Launch is the middle of the work, not the end.
Questions
No. We hold no vendor quota, so nothing pushes a particular product into the recommendation. Where a licensed product genuinely is the right answer, we will say so — and we have no commercial reason not to.
Fixed scope where the scope can honestly be fixed, and time-based where it cannot. Which one applies is said at the start rather than discovered in a change request.
Not at all. We frequently work alongside an existing provider, handling the project or specialist work while they keep day-to-day operations running.
We will tell you, early, and explain why. A project stopped in week three costs a fraction of one delivered in month nine that nobody uses. That conversation is part of the job.
Wherever your obligations require, decided in the architecture and documented. For EU-regulated work that means region, backup location and sub-processors agreed before the build, not established afterwards.
